How to Let Claude or ChatGPT Post to Social Media for You
AI assistants can schedule social posts once they are connected to a social media MCP server. With Markaestro you add one server URL (https://markaestro.com/api/public/v1/mcp) to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, sign in through your browser, and then ask the assistant to draft, schedule, and report on posts for one brand or all of them. No API key is pasted anywhere.

What You Need
- A Markaestro workspace with at least one brand and connected channels.
- An MCP-capable assistant: Claude (web, desktop, or Claude Code), ChatGPT with developer mode, Cursor, or another MCP client.
Connect Claude (Web or Desktop)
- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the server URL
https://markaestro.com/api/public/v1/mcp. - Sign in to Markaestro in the browser window that opens, and choose a workspace and one brand or All brands.
Connect Claude Code
Install the Markaestro plugin: claude plugin marketplace add markaestro/markaestro-agents, then claude plugin install markaestro@markaestro. Run /mcp to sign in.
Connect ChatGPT
- Turn on developer mode.
- Open Apps & Connectors and choose Create.
- Enter the server URL
https://markaestro.com/api/public/v1/mcpand choose OAuth. - Sign in, then scan tools.
Connect Cursor
Add {"mcpServers":{"markaestro":{"url":"https://markaestro.com/api/public/v1/mcp"}}} to .cursor/mcp.json, then sign in from Tools & MCP.

The server tells agents to ask before publishing anything public immediately, and a connection can be limited to one brand.
