Yes. Plan changes take effect right away. Upgrading charges the prorated difference on your next invoice; downgrading credits the unused time on your current plan. A downgrade waits until your brands, team members, and workspaces fit the new plan's limits.
Each connected social account counts as one channel. For example, one Facebook Page, one Instagram account, and one TikTok account would be 3 channels. Paid plans allow up to 8 channels per brand.
Yes. A plan belongs to one workspace and covers its brands, channels, team, and storage. Pro lets you own up to 5 workspaces and Business unlimited, but each workspace you create needs its own plan.

You can keep publishing posts that use media already in your workspace. Only new uploads are blocked. Free up space by deleting media you no longer need, or upgrade your plan at any time for more storage.
Every plan, monthly or annual, starts with a 7-day free trial if you have not subscribed before. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.

Yes, on every paid plan at no extra cost. A workspace owner or admin can mint API keys under Settings, API and hand one to an AI agent, a script, or a scheduling tool. Each key covers one brand or every brand in the workspace, carries only the scopes you choose, and can be given an expiry. MCP clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor can sign in through the browser instead, with no key to paste. The AI agent guide has setup steps for each client.
